IT QUALITY ANALYST
IT Quality Analyst is responsible for auditing and reporting on the base functions within the client to ensure that they are being performed to standards. This includes but isn’t limited to Call audits, ticket audits, Quality investigations, and audits against industry standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ticket Audits
- Call Audits
- Statistical Analysis – Collect and Compile
- Identify Training needs based on Analysis
- Prepare reports and present them to all levels of the organization
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
- Has excellent Problem Solving skills, Audit Inspections skills, and Communication Skills
- Full-Time position(s) available.

- IT Network Experience
- IT Security Experience
- ITIL, Six Sigma Experience
