What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintain and update employee data in HRIS, ERP, and other HR platforms
  • Audit and organize employee files in compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including clearances and documentation
  • Monitor and respond to HR-related tickets and coordinate timely resolutions
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, records, and internal communications
  • Coordinate new hire kits and onboarding logistics
  • Provide administrative and operational support for HR activities and initiatives
  • Update HR templates, forms, and policy documents
  • Track attendance, leaves, and HR metrics for employees and interns
  • Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams for documentation and employee concerns
  • Support compliance monitoring and HR documentation archiving
  • Process employee reimbursements and assist in day-to-day HR operations

What We're Looking For:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree related to:

  • Human Resources Management
  • Psychology
  • Business Administration
  • Management
  • Behavioral Science
  • Industrial Relations
  • Must be required by the school to complete internship/OJT hours

Proficiency in:

  • Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
  • Microsoft Word for documentation
  • Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations and communications
  • File organization and records management
  • Professional communication via email and chat
  • Calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
