• Design and develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

• Architect reusable, maintainable, and performant mobile application frameworks.

• Collaborate closely with backend, AI, and frontend teams to integrate APIs, AI services, and real-time data systems.

• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility (iOS & Android).

• Work with product and UX teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive mobile experiences.

• Integrate analytics, monitoring, and crash-reporting tools to ensure reliability and observability.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security standards 

  • At least 2+ years in Flutter; 5+ years of professional mobile development experience
  • Strong expertise in Dart and Flutter SDK 
  • Proficiency in state management solutions (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.) 
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and real-time services (WebSockets, Firebase, etc.) 
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
  • Experience with performance optimization, memory management, and debugging tools 
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment (App Store & Play Store)
  • Strong understanding of secure mobile development practices 
  • Experience working in data‑driven or AI‑powered application environments 
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and backend integration 
  • Ability to work independently in fast‑paced, product‑driven environments 
  • Ability to design, develop, and scale high‑quality mobile applications (core job scope) 
  • Ability to integrate APIs, AI services, and real‑time data systems 
  • Capability to implement authentication, authorization, and data‑protection best practices 
  • Experience integrating analytics, monitoring, and crash‑reporting tools
  • Knowledge/experience on releasing mobile application in  App Store/ Play Store  (3 years)
  • Prior AI-related experience (good to have)
