• LAN administration and troubleshooting
•  WAN administration and support (SD-Wan)
•  Experience with firewall concepts
•  Wifi administration and support
•  General networking support and troubleshooting (DNS)
•  Support with configuration of network equipment (switches like HP and Cisco)
•  Documentation skills, team player, and communication skills

• Enterprise LAN/WAN + SD-WAN experience – Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot real-world network environments. Minimum of 5 years of solid experience.

• Strong routing & switching fundamentals – Solid hands-on knowledge (VLANs, OSPF/BGP/EIGRP, TCP/IP)

• Network device configuration (Cisco + HP/Aruba) – experience configuring switches, routers, and APs

• Firewall fundamentals + hands-on experience – At least one platform; understands NAT, ACLs, VPNs

• End-to-end troubleshooting skills – Especially DNS and core network services; capable of handling escalations

• Additional relevant knowledge or experience related to the above requirements will be considered an advantage.
