The main responsibilities of a JUNIOR FINANCE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE include:
• Accurately process client deposit and withdrawal requests within defined Service
Level Agreements, maintaining speed without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Customer Support) and external parties (e.g.
banks and PSPs) to investigate and resolve transaction-related queries promptly
and professionally.
• Maintain and update financial data in the trading and accounting systems, ensuring
records are always accurate, and audit ready.
• Monitor trading accounts for irregularities or inconsistencies in client fund
movements and assist in discrepancy resolution and root cause analysis.
• Take ownership of daily tasks and contribute to a zero-error culture by applying
strong attention to detail, integrity, and accountability.
• Support general financial operations, reporting, and ad-hoc requests in a time
sensitive, high-pressure environment
• Continuously learn new systems, tools, and processes relevant to the FinOps
function, demonstrating adaptability and a growth mindset.

• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems, processes, and tools in a
fast-changing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in handling financial or
numerical data.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet tight
deadlines under pressure.
• High level of accountability and integrity, particularly when working with confidential
or sensitive financial information.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and ability to work with financial systems and
databases.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating ownership of
assigned tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Full working rights in the Philippines.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
• Prior experience in finance operations, back-office, client funds, or payments
related roles.
• Familiarity with CFD, FX, or broader financial markets operations.
• Ability to learn quickly and independently, especially when adapting to new systems
and processes.
• Positive, team-oriented personality with a “Can-Do” attitude.
