We’re looking for a Project Engineer with a solid foundation in IT support who’s ready to take the next step into infrastructure and cloud project work.

You’ll work as part of our Cloud Services & Engineering team, supporting senior engineers in delivering high-quality technical projects for our customers. From building and configuring servers to deploying Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full Microsoft stack — all while developing your technical and professional skills through real project work.

• Assist senior engineers in delivering infrastructure and cloud implementation projects.
• Take ownership of smaller project tasks and end-to-end delivery of well-defined solutions.
• Support the service desk with technical escalations, helping to reduce repeat issues and build team knowledge.
• Build, configure and document servers, Microsoft 365 and Azure environments under supervision.
• Develop your skills through hands-on experience and collaboration with experienced engineers.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all technical and documentation work. 

• At least 2 years’ experience, ideally within a managed service provider or similar IT services environment.
• Experience in a 2nd-line support or service desk role within an MSP or similar IT environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Active Directory.
• A genuine interest in cloud technologies such as Azure and modern workplace tools.
• A methodical approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
