XTN-2C3F239 | EXPORT & STOCK CONTROL COORDINATOR

This is a hands-on coordination role focused on ensuring product accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the export dispatch process. You’ll work closely with production,sales, warehouse, and 
shipping teams to manage stock movements, prepare export documentation, and oversee container loadouts to meet strict deadlines and customer specifications.

• Coordinate and schedule the loading of export containers in line with vessel cut-off times and 
  shipping schedules.
• Manage daily stock control functions, including reconciliation of product movements, cold store 
  transfers, and dispatch records.
• Prepare and verify export documentation — including packing lists, commercial invoices, export 
  declarations, and bills of lading.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transport operators, and cold stores to ensure accurate and timely 
  delivery.
• Monitor product temperatures, labelling, and pallet configuration to meet export and QA standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the export logistics function.

• Previous experience in meat processing, export logistics, or warehouse coordination (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, container loading procedures, and cold chain 
  management.
• Proficient with inventory control systems and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform under time pressure.

• 2+ years of experience
• Any inventory control and/ or export documentation system background
• Preferably knowledgeable and has experience with AU shipping companies, but will consider candidates with local dispatch experience (Preferably from fast-moving industries).
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
