Functional overview

• SQL Developer is responsible for developing SQL databases and writing applications to interface with SQL databases.

Duties and Responsibilities

• 4 years of experience as a SQL Integrator or SQL DBA.
• Excellent understanding of T-SQL programming
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft SQL Server installations on windows servers.
• Familiarity with the use of schemas and database roles with security implementations.
• Good knowledge of file consumption and deployment processes including but not limited to sFTP and UNC file shares.
• 4 years of experience with providing and consuming data with ETL tools, and knowledge of deployment processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• MS SQL Database Administration and monitoring.
• Development of database integration solutions
• Develop, implement and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL
• Develop, implement, and complex views, with CTE and Unions using T-SQL.
• Review and interpret ongoing business extract requirements
• Research required data
• Build appropriate and useful extract deliverables
• Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements
• Suggest new queries
• Develop procedures and scripts for data migration
• Understand Agile development environment.
• Demonstrated use of Visual Studio Data Tools, and code management.
• Develop, common field mapping processes for ETL consumption.
