Compliance Success 
• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned APAC compliance customers 
• Support customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing use of the platform for 
standards such as ISO 27001 and related frameworks 
• Help customers understand and progress key compliance activities (e.g. policies, risks, 
controls, audits, evidence) 
• Monitor customer progress, engagement, and potential risk to compliance timelines 
• Proactively support customers in achieving certification, readiness, or continual 
compliance goals 
• Build trusted relationships with compliance, security, and risk stakeholders 


Compliance Support 
• Provide timely, high-quality support via ticketing systems, email, and virtual sessions 
• Answer platform and compliance-process questions clearly and accurately 
• Troubleshoot platform issues and guide customers through resolution 
• Escalate technical or complex compliance queries where appropriate while maintaining 
ownership 
• Ensure issues are documented, tracked, and resolved within agreed SLAs 
• Contribute to compliance-focused help content, FAQcs, and support documentation 


Collaboration & Feedback 
• Act as the voice of APAC compliance customers internally 
• Surface recurring compliance challenges, product feedback, and improvement 
opportunities 
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams globally to improve 
customer outcomes

• Customers feel confident and supported in their compliance journey 
• Compliance milestones are achieved with fewer blockers and less friction 
• Support issues are resolved efficiently and professionally 
• Strong customer satisfaction, retention, and trust across the APAC region 
• Clear, actionable compliance feedback informs internal teams 

• Experience in compliance success, customer support, or customer success within a 
SaaS environment 
• Exposure to information security, compliance, risk, or governance topics 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex 
concepts clearly 
• Comfortable supporting customers in regulated or audit-driven environments 
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities independently 
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRMs, and remote collaboration tools 
• The ability to work across teams and build great relationships with other departments. 

• Experience with ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2, or similar frameworks 
• Prior experience supporting compliance platforms or GRC tools 
• Experience working with customers across APAC time zones 
• Background in B2B or enterprise SaaS
