Core Missions

Rate Validation & GDS Integration:

• Daily review, validation and integration of new and modified rates from GDS (Galileo).

• Accurate allocation of room categories to rate plans, verifying consistency of codes, conditions and inclusions.

• Merge duplicate rates and maintain a clean, organised rate inventory.

• Liaise with hotel partners to resolve discrepancies and follow up until resolved.

• Ensure Lartisien's negotiated benefits: breakfast, room upgrades, hotel credits, early check-in/late check-out, are correctly and consistently applied across all eligible rates.

• Liaise with hotel partners to resolve discrepancies and follow up until resolved.

Rate Parity & Competitive Monitoring:

• Conduct ongoing parity checks across Lartisien's distribution channels versus hotel direct and OTA benchmarks.

• Identify and escalate pricing anomalies; maintain a clear tracking log and produce regular parity reports for management.

AI Automation

• Act as the operational subject-matter expert for Lartisien's R&D team as they develop AI-assisted validation tools.

Process Ownership

• Own and maintain the Rate Validation SOP, evolving it as automation matures.a

Experience & Knowledge

• 3+ years in hotel revenue management, GDS operations, or luxury travel distribution.

• Solid working knowledge of GDS platforms, Galileo preferred.

• Strong command of rate structures: BAR, advance purchase, preferred partner rates, packages, net rates.

• Familiarity with major hotel preferred partner and loyalty programs (Four Seasons PP, Marriott STARS, Hyatt Privé, Rocco Forte Knights, Virtuoso, etc.).

Skills

• Exceptional attention to detail : you catch a policy mismatch or a missing benefit before it reaches the customer.

• Structured, clear communicator: able to write documentation others can follow and hold partners to account diplomatically.

• Comfortable with data tools; advanced Excel; exposure to back-office booking platforms or extranets.

• Experience collaborating with product or technical teams on automation or tooling projects is a plus.
