Zoom is looking to upgrade its invoice settlement and revenue engine capabilities to better meet its evolving needs and to maintain compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements. Given the complexity of this implementation, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the:

  1. Upgrade of the existing Zuora Invoice Settlement system (estimated go-live of Feb 1, 2027)

  2. First-time implementation of Zuora RevPro, Revenue Engine system (estimated go-live of May 1, 2027)

 Project Overview & Key Objectives

The project will require strong capabilities in program management, business process redesign, policy and procedures updates, SOX control design, UAT planning and execution, and training delivery.

  • Optimize and re-design business processes, policies and procedures

  • Ensure systems are implemented in compliance with SOX controls and PCAOB standards

  • Document and improve business processes across revenue, billing, and accounting

  • Deliver audit-ready artifacts and controls documentation

  • Deliver high-quality training and change management for end users to ensure adoption

Scope of Work for Project Manager Role

Oversee governance, scheduling, risk management, and escalation of project with Zoom’s Finance and IT teams.  This role will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, progress and status reporting, risk management, stakeholder coordination, issue tracking /resolution, and go-live readiness.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing large-scale system implementations, a plus if the candidate has experience with a financial system implementation, particularly within billing, revenue, or ERP environments, and can effectively bridge business and technical IT teams and vendor. 

  1. Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead full lifecycle implementation of the Billing & Revenue system (planning through post-go-live support).

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets.

  • Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.

  • Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives, timeline, and budget.

 

  1. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Finance, Revenue Accounting, OTC Strategy, Finance Systems, IT, Billing, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and external vendors.

  • Help coordinate requirements gathering to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.

  • Lead steering committee meetings and provide executive-level reporting.

  • Help manage vendor relationships and system integrators.

 

  1. Business & Technical Oversight

  • Oversee requirements documentation, system configuration, data migration, integrations, and testing.

  • Coordinate UAT planning and execution.

  • Support reporting and analytics requirements related to billing and revenue.

 

  1. Risk & Change Management

  • Identify implementation risks and develop mitigation plans.

  • Manage change impacts across affected teams.

  • Develop training and communication plans to support adoption.

  • Ensure smooth transition to operations and post-implementation support.

 

  • 5–10+ years of project management experience leading enterprise system implementations.

  • Experience managing cross-functional and vendor-led implementations.

  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong organizational and risk management capabilities.

Additional relevant knowledge or experience related to the above requirements will be considered an advantage.
