  • Manage and execute the collection process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Handle accounts payable duties, including invoice processing, maintaining vendor relations, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Assist with tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Oversee and manage regular billing cycles, prepare detailed financial reports, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve financial accuracy and accountability within the organization.
  • Strong proficiency in financial accounting, with a focus on accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adhere to deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with team members and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to process improvement and a keen interest in learning new financial tools and techniques.
  • Experience with data analysis and financial forecasting is a plus.
