We are looking for an amazing HR Business Partner to join our team in Manila, Philippines and be a key member of the Center of Excellence (CoE) team supporting Zoom’s operations in the Philippines and Malaysia. Partnering with leaders, this role will drive initiatives around organizational and leadership effectiveness. The successful HRBP will be able to function well in a high growth, fast paced environment. Comfortable with ambiguous situations, recognizing when it's appropriate to introduce more structure and process without derailing the current output. The HRBP will possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to build solid relationships based on trust.  The role will partner with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts to design and execute strategies for HR. You'll also have the opportunity to work side-by-side with Zoomies to get things done on a variety of people-related areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Center of Excellence (CoE) team in enabling the Zoom teams in Philippines and Malaysia to deliver happiness to our customers and colleagues all over the world.
  • Serve as a consultant and adviser to business unit leaders in the effective management of their workforce through implementing performance management; analysis and implementation; change management; leadership development; and talent management programs.
  • Partner to drive broader HR programs and strategies.
  • Coach managers on people strategy including team structure, hiring, performance management, recognition, employee relations while leveraging and partnering with COEs along the way.
  • Focus on optimizing current practices and policy to meet business needs
  • Support leaders through development discussions and coaching opportunities by reinforcing cultural values
  • Partner with managers to address performance management issues
  • Conduct thorough review and analysis of employee relations' issues and concerns
  • Analyze trends and proactively identify employee and organizational development needs, and make recommendations
  • Partner with leaders and employees to drive performance success within the organization through relationship building and understanding of existing dynamics
  • Ensure uniform administration of policies and practices

Requirements:

  • Possess a high degree of ethics, integrity and competence dealing with highly sensitive/confidential information
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and process gaps
  • 4-6 years minimum of experience as HR Business Partner
  • Experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS etc.
  • Bachelor's degree required
