  • Ticket Creation: Managing tickets for proactive network alerts, change requests, inquiries, and level 1 configuration changes.
  • Troubleshooting: Investigating and resolving basic network issues reported by end-users or monitoring tools, adhering to established procedures.
  • Circuit Troubleshooting: Reporting circuit-related problems to Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and collaborating for resolution.
  • Tool Maintenance: Ensuring the upkeep and accuracy of Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Network Management Systems (NMS) tools.
  • Documentation: Creating and updating network documentation, including diagrams and standard operating procedures.
  • Incident Communication: Providing updates to internal teams, clients, and vendors to resolve network-related incidents.
  • Customer Ticket Updates: Regularly updating customers on the status and progress of their tickets.
  • Project and Report Support: Assisting with projects and report generation as needed.
  • Network Maintenance: Participating in network maintenance activities during or outside of business hours as required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in network engineering or a similar field.
  • Thorough understanding of IT LAN and WAN networking concepts.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco and Fortinet Technologies.
  • Hold industry certifications such as CCNA or Fortinet NSE; CCNP certification is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning, training, and development.
