Job Description

The Training Coordinator will assume responsibility for internal and external operational functions related to public instructor lead virtual or in-person training events, onsite training, and eLearning and certification offerings.
Responsibilities include some or all of the following:
 
Public Training
  • Manage class enrollments for public training courses, including reconciliation of payments.
  • Manage class cancellations for public training courses, including student notifications and refunds.
Support and work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Consulting, and Support teams.
 
Manage the logistics related to training classes:
  • Ordering of course manuals, manage technical issues.
  • Process partner and training vendor invoices.
  • Manage and monitor the internal use of our training infrastructure.
  • Manage and register the use of our eLearning and Certification products.
  • Coordinate assignment of trainers and handle communication with trainers related to upcoming training events.
  • Collect training feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Reporting
  • Creating and maintaining reports on all training events, revenue, margins, expenses, trainer utilization, PO’s etc.
  • Assist with analysis on revenue and expenses.
  • Tracking PR’s, PO’s and the closure of these items.
Customer Service
  • Manage customer requests and questions via email, phone/virtual meetings, and other forms of communication as appropriate.
  • Escalate technical issues to technical experts.
  • Support the relationship with training partners.
  • Maintain a list of certified training partners.
  • Manage customer satisfaction issues and escalate as needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong customer service experience..
  • Bookkeeping experience, such as working with invoices, POs, financial reporting.
  • Be able to work cross-functionally with customers, partners and employees across our customer experience functions.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel), Outlook and other communication tools, web based systems, and other business systems.

 

Location/Work Set-up: Temp WFH until June or July and will transition to Temp Hybrid. Location: (Makati or BGC) - TBD
