We’re hiring an ambitious Inbound Sales Business Development Representative (BDR) to own and close inbound opportunities under 20 seats for our flexible office spaces. You’ll be the first contact for prospects who reach out via marketing, brokers, or direct inquiries — turning leads into happy KMC clients.
For coworking leads (day passes, hot desks, single seats), you’ll direct them to our Hub team while keeping focus on closing private office and flexible workspace deals.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll move fast, handle volume, and play a direct part in KMC’s growth.

Speed-to-lead → Respond to inbound leads within minutes and set appointments or tours the same day whenever possible.

Run high-quality discovery → Qualify prospects by uncovering their real workspace needs (team size, growth plans, location preferences, budget, timeline).

Host tours and presentations → Deliver professional, consultative tours (onsite or virtual) that showcase KMC’s flexible office solutions and create urgency to close.

Own the sales cycle for deals under 20 seats → From first call to tour → proposal → negotiation → close.

Redirect coworking leads seamlessly → Hand off day passes, hot desks, and single-seat inquiries to the Hub team without breaking the client experience.

Manage pipeline rigorously → Keep CRM updated with accurate notes, next steps, and deal forecasting.

Ensure “zero lead waste” → Re-engage warm opportunities and follow up consistently until a clear decision is made.

Feedback loop with Marketing → Share insights on lead quality, campaign performance, and buyer objections.

Exceed performance metrics → Deliver above target on speed-to-lead, conversion rates, and closed revenue.

Be the face of KMC → Represent the Philippines’ largest flexible office space provider with professionalism and energy during every client interaction.

Sales experience in inbound BDR/SDR, inside sales, real estate, or BPO environments.

A natural closer at the SMB / transactional deal level.

Quick, responsive, and disciplined with follow-ups.

Strong communicator who builds trust easily with clients.

CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Hungry to hit goals and grow with a market leader.
