- As Project Administrator (PA), you will work with the local delivery team to support the project administration ensuring compliance with Cachet systems and processes
- Setup all new projects across Cachet project delivery platforms – Procore, 1Breadcrumb and Jonas Premier. (Any project management platform experience/ construction) -- idealy supported NZ, AU Bus
- Ensure all subcontractors are added to relevant Project Directory and have accepted invitation to the platform.
- Administer project related documentation through Procore including but not limited to drawings; schedules; contractor insurances; RFI’s and miscellaneous documents. --- able to read pdf/construction drawings.
- Manage Procore audit corrective actions and assist the team in close out of Observations raised during audits.
- Assist with administration and compliance of 1Breadcrumb including subcontractor assistance and on-boarding.

Bachelor's degree -archi,eng, PM
