The Client Advisor holds a key role within Lartisien. They are responsible for designing 
bespoke travel experiences and overseeing the stays of a high-potential, high-end 
clientele, while ensuring their development and long-term loyalty.

As a true ambassador of the brand, they offer unforgettable journeys and unique 
experiences to their clients. They continuously anticipate even the most implicit needs 
and deliver exceptional service. They are the guardian of Lartisien’s image, values, 
standards of excellence, and service quality.

The role combines relational excellence, strong anticipation skills, advanced 
personalisation, and commercial responsibility. It requires a balanced presence, great 
discernment, and outstanding relationship-building abilities.

1. Develop a personalised and long-lasting relationship with each Member

  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of each client and nurture this knowledge over 
    time.
  • Lead introduction calls as key, foundational moments of the relationship.
  • Build a long-term relationship of trust, based on listening, accuracy, and high-quality exchanges.
  • Ensure a regular, subtle, and always tailored presence aligned with the Member’s 
    expectations.

2. Anticipation and proactivity

  • Anticipate Members’ needs, including those that are not explicitly expressed.
  • Make travel, experience, or adjustment proposals that are thoughtful, relevant, and 
    detail-oriented.
  • Intervene proactively, at the right moment and with the appropriate level of attention.

3. Relational and commercial development

  • Identify opportunities to propose new travel projects with subtlety and precision.
  • Enrich the Member’s annual experience through relevant, inspiring, and high-value propositions.
  • Develop the value of each relationship with a long-term perspective, while preserving 
    authenticity and the quality of the connection.

4. Clienteling and structured follow-up

  • Manage an annual calendar of transactional and relational touchpoints, ensuring their coherence and quality.
  • Transform loyalty into long-term attachment by nurturing a personalised and engaging relationship.
  • Provide regular and structured reporting on interactions, client follow-up, and 
    commercial performance to Management.
  • Coordination and personalisation of stays
  • Ensure coherence and excellence of all proposals in close collaboration with Travel Designers and Destination Managers.
  • Guarantee a high level of personalisation across all components of the stay: 
    accommodation, dining, private transfers, experiences, and partners.
  • Create moments of surprise and emotion through refined, tangible, and memorable 
    personalisation.

6. Operational excellence

  • Guarantee flawless execution quality at every step of the client journey.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service and Travel Designer teams to ensure a 
    smooth, coherent, and consistently exceptional experience.
  • Excellent customer interpersonal skills, ability to interact with a high-end clientele by both telephone and e-mail.
  • Sales philosophy, motivated by goal achievement.
  • Excellent presentation in line with Lartisien's brand image.
  • Excellent communication skills (written/oral)

  • Excellent communication skills (written/oral). Fluency in English required.
