Position: Company Driver 

Job Level: Associate 

Immediate Superior: Customer Experience Lead 

Functional Overview: 

The company driver is expected to ensure that all transportation duties and shuttle service schedules are carried out in a timely manner. Increase customer satisfaction by accommodating all transportation needs of the clients. 

Minimum Competencies: 

  • Capable of dealing with local staff and foreign clients 

  • Outgoing, responsible, detail oriented and driven personality 

  • Clean driving record 

  • Able to utilize maps, waze, GPS systems, and car manuals 

  • Focus on road safety 

  • Knowledgeable in road signs 

  • Has sense of urgency 

  • Project professional image 

  • Willing to work on a night shift/shifting basis 

  • Willing to render OT 

  • With knowledge of Ortigas, Makati & Taguig areas

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Provide shuttle service to employees 

  • Complete car booking request 

  • Conduct safety driving skills 

  • Provide car service to clients 

  • Accomplish daily and weekly vehicle maintenance checklist 

  • Keep the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and inspecting the vehicle 

  • Give heads up to CSL for schedule of vehicle PMS 

  • Immediately report any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to CSL 

  • Other transportation request 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Male 

  • Has Valid professional driver’s license with atleast “2” restriction 

  • High school diploma or 2 year vocational course 

  • Preferably more than 2 years of professional driving experience 

  • Preferably with Training in defensive driving but not required
