Duties and Responsibilities:

• Check project BOMs, Initiate bid conferences and clarification meetings
• Determine the goals and requirements of the project
• Site coordination & technical coordination with different trades

• Draft project timelines and coordinates work activity, vendor involvement, and outside contractors as necessary
• Draft detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Creates reports and other document needs in relation to the tracking and monitoring of the project
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Capable of generating Cad drawings, sketches or illustrations that would help relay information needed for proper coordination if necessary

Minimum Competencies:

• Knows how to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and CAD Files
• Knowledge in Office Fit-Out standards (MEPFS, FDAS, etc.)
• Flexible, resourceful, and can work under pressure
• Amenable in doing site visits when necessary
• Proven working experience in project management focused on BPO fit-out projects
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable in a working in a fast-paced environment
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Project is a plus

• Preferably one (1) to three(3) years of experience in Project Management
• Familiarity in using Design Software (AutoCad, Sketch Up, Ms Office, Ms Project, etc.)
