• Continuously improve drafting processes by integrating innovative AI and automation tools.

• 2–5 years of direct experience in CAD drafting, with proven proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex engineering and construction drawings.
• Experience working in sectors such as Construction, Manufacturing, or Renewable Energy.
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English.
• Relevant certifications in CAD drafting or similar technical accreditations are preferred.

• Familiarity with software like SolidWorks and Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of or exposure to SCADA systems and drawings.
• Interest in or exposure to AI and automation tools within drafting workflows.
