Working with GIS/Discovery’s compliance team to ensure proper entry of certified payroll into external system (LCP Tracker) for reporting

Candidate will be obtain weekly payroll reports from corporate payroll team once check stubs are generated

Candidate will also obtain a separate time report provided by the compliance team showing daily hours that were processed in GP(ERP system)

Data Entry specialist will utilize both reports to enter and report the daily hours and weekly net pay and deductions as they are listed on employee check stubs that were already processed and provided by the payroll department

The primary responsibility will be gathering data from two reports and entering the data into an additional report.

This position is not responsible for employee time entry and payroll processing, rather simply re-entry into a separate system for reporting purposes

Data entry specialist will also set up new employees as needed in the system once given employee information (name, date of birth, address, hourly rate and position) from compliance team
