As an SDR, you’ll spend your time researching relevant companies and senior stakeholders, reaching out in thoughtful, personalised ways, and qualifying early interest.
As an SDR at Agility, you will:
· generate and qualify new leads through targeted outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, events, and warm introductions
· research and identify relevant enterprise accounts and senior stakeholders across luxury, financial services, hospitality, travel, and adjacent premium sectors
· book high-quality discovery and insight-led meetings for the Director – UK & Europe
· support go-to-market activity by feeding back what you’re hearing in the market, what messaging resonates, and where interest is coming from.
· maintain clean CRM hygiene with accurate tracking, qualification notes, and follow-ups
· represent Agility and Affluential at industry events, roundtables, and selected meetings, acting as an early ambassador for the brand
We’re looking for someone with around one to two years of experience in B2B sales, business development or lead generation, who is comfortable reaching out to people they don’t already know. You should enjoy understanding how businesses work, what challenges senior leaders face, and how insights can help shape decisions.
This role isn’t about high-volume cold calling, rigid scripts or transactional selling. It’s a precision role designed to support an enterprise, insight-led sales approach. For someone interested in building a longer-term career in enterprise sales, strategy or commercial leadership, it’s a strong foundation.
You’ll be part of a small, senior-led setup where decisions are made through conversation rather than hierarchy. There’s a lot of trust, visibility and ownership, and you’ll work closely with the Director for the UK and Europe, as well as collaborating with colleagues across research and delivery when needed.
