Functional overview
- As parts of its business-improvement activities, Inchcape Asia is investing in an internal team of developers and business analysts to drive process improvement, process automation and the application of advanced analytics across its business by using technology, developing new solutions and changing the way we work.
- This is part of a long-term strategic investment in process automation and analytics capability by Inchcape to help the company remain a leader as the automotive industry evolves.
- This role will be supporting the development of solutions that focus on automating processes and workflows for the business units in order to free up their capacity and apply advanced analytics where possible.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Required skill(s): business analysis, process automation, product development and management, good communication skills, documentation skills, Data analytics.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Employees with 1 to 3 Yrs experience specializing in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Process and Solution Design Documentation, Stakeholder Management, Product Development, Process Automation, Process Re-Engineering
- Ideally someone from a Team doing Product Development with Agile Type Approach
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum competencies
- Preferred but not required
- Agile delivery qualifications (e.g. SAFE; Six Sigma) are an advantage.
- Project Management qualifications (e.g. APM / PRINCE2 / CAPM) is an advantage.
Minimum Qualifications
- Understanding Business Requirements and Process Documentation
- Analyse the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals and pain points are
- Communicate with senior people in organisations to find out the business objectives and opportunities
- Formulate ways for businesses to improve processes
- Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies
- Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems
- Run workshops and training sessions with business users
- Delivery Planning
- Assist the Project Manager in managing the pipeline of projects and helping assess potential projects as they arise.
- Business analysis to help align competing demand requirements into a single, coherent programme.
- Benefit Tracking
- Support project leads in project delivery, including implementation planning, execution, benefit tracking and follow-up.
