As a Salesforce Dev Ops Enginner, you will be responsible to work closely with Salesforce scrum team on the product release managemnet. You are responsible to build and manage Salesforce CI/CD pipeline, Salesforce environment management and release cadence.

- Responsible for development of a DevOps strategy in support of Salesforce projects.
- Create a repeatable process to support continuous delivery, optimization, monitoring, release management of large scale Salesforce projects worldwide
- Responsible for driving operational excellence by implementing strategies for continuous delivery of Salesforce
- Build and execute scripts to automate packaging and deployments
- Evaluate new Salesforce releases and applications, participate in plans for their implementation, and remain current with Salesforce administration best practices
- Align and focus on continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) of technology in applications
- Plan and Execute the DevOps pipeline that supports the application life cycle across the DevOps toolchain
- Leverage and use tools to automate testing & deployment in a Dev-Ops environment
- Responsible for production deployment and code release management for salesforce systems
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of critical/repeatable issues
- A bachelor’s degree (preferably with an emphasis in Business Administration , Engineering or Information Systems), or equivalent experience
- 3+ year's hands-on SF Code Deployment using GITHUB Actions
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Admin/Configuration experience.
- Experience in Salesforce configuration, including: Custom objects, record types, page layouts, dynamic layouts, flows (nice to have)
- Lightning App Builder, custom settings, metadata
- Reports and dashboards
- Permission sets, profiles, roles, sharing rules, OWD
- Strong understanding of user/license management and data governance (e.g., deactivation, onboarding, data quality improvements, deduplication, validation rules).
- Familiarity with integrated tools including: Okta, DocuSign
- Experience with tools like Gearset (nice to have), CI/CD (Git) implementation
- Experience with Process definition and orchestration for centralized DevOps spanned across multiple teams and Orgs, Create Runbooks
- Experience with CLI tools, scripting for scheduling and automation
- Strong knowledge of different development environments (Git, Atlassian tools: JIRA)
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Experience in Salesforce release management using Dev ops tools such as GearSet (We use Gearset. Similar experience with other tools should be okay)
- Experience in Salesforce pipeline management and CI/CD process
- Experience working in an Agile environment and using Jira for task tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; candidate will interact directly with business stakeholders and produce regular status updates/reports.
- Strong collaboration skills; will work with global teams including finance, integration, and IT.
- Salesforce Admin/Configuration experience - Primary focus will be DevOps and also work with Operation team to support Salesforce Admin/Configuration for Production Support
- Nice to have knowledge in Salesforce modules like Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) and Salesforce Experience Cloud
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow (nice to have), app, custom objects, lightning record pages, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, custom metadata, reports and dashboards
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Actively monitor Salesforce support dashboards to provide assistance to end users, ensuring timely resolution of any issues they encounter.
