Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partner Outreach
Initiate and build relationships with high-potential partners (influencers, trading communities, financial educators) through personalized email campaigns and platforms such as X (Twitter), Discord, and Instagram. Present competitive revenue-share models, commission structures, and the unique value of partnering with Eightcap. -
Relationship Management
Convert qualified leads into active partners and maintain strong engagement through consistent communication and support to grow their communities with Eightcap. -
Compliance & Risk Adherence
Ensure all outbound communications and partner marketing materials strictly comply with ASIC regulations and internal policies related to financial product promotions. -
CRM Management & Data Integrity
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner interactions, leads, and agreements within the CRM system to support sales forecasting and performance reporting. -
Performance Monitoring (KPIs)
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for partner sign-ups, active trader referrals, and partner-driven revenue growth. -
Operational & Strategic Support
Contribute to daily partner operations and support strategic initiatives that drive business expansion and revenue growth. -
Strategic Escalation & Collaboration
Identify and escalate high-value or complex leads to Senior Sales Partners, providing comprehensive background briefings to ensure smooth handover and high conversion rates.
Essential Requirements:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable sending up to 100 emails/DMs daily

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry

Interest or experience in financial markets, trading, or fintech

Self-driven, enthusiastic professional with a strong passion for sales and relationship management

Sales experience (face-to-face or phone-based)

Background in finance — either as a finance graduate or with up to 2 years of experience in a finance-related sales role
