• Monthly recurring revenue  
• Non-recurring charges 
• Ensure billing accuracy from month-to-month 
• Monitor and apply usage as needed  
• Assist in the RMA process 
• Be aware regarding unreturned equipment and charge as needed 
• Generate invoicing 
• Interact with clients who have billing needs 
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients/agents/resellers, etc. 
• Answer billing questions and concerns 
• Coordinate with other departments as needed for client issue resolution 
• Maintain physical agreement filing 

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• General understanding of invoicing process/software  

Additional relevant knowledge or experience related to the above requirements will be considered an advantage.
