Functional overview

As a Sr. Engineer in Information Security, this position will have the opportunity to participate in high impact projects on a global scale. It includes evaluation, design, implement, manage, and support global security-focused tools and services. 

Duties and responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend new and emerging security products and technologies
• Perform vulnerability assessments and resolve security issues from assessments and other sources
• Support numerous security project implementations from a technical perspective
• Evangelize security within the company and be an advocate for partner/customer trust
• Interact with engineering teams regarding attack mitigation
• Provide Tier 3 technical support on all security issues
• Develop and interpret security standards, policies, and procedures
• Staying up to date with emerging security threats including applicable regulatory
  security requirements.
• Other responsibilities and additional duties as assigned by the security management team

Minimum competencies

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional - CISSP is highly desired
• Ideal candidates will have as much of the following, Preferred Information Security professional designations such as CISSP, CISM, CISA
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Strong written communication skills and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of security incident management, malware management and
  vulnerability management processes

Minimum qualifications

• Candidate must be a graduate of any related 4 year course.
• At least 5 years of experience within Information Security, a minimum of 3 years of direct experience is required.
• Willing to work from 7AM - 4:30PM (but possible for a shifting schedule)
• Willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
• Can start ASAP.
