Functional overview
The HR Officer shall be responsible for all HR-related transactions and processes including but not limited to: Recruitment,
Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and Compensation and Benefits
Duties and responsibilities
1.Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees. Employee orientation, Exit Interviews.
2. Assisting in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition processes and execution. Maintain and update recruitment
master list and other relevant lists and trackers.
3. Generating official internal documents such as job offer letters, appointment letters
4. Creating and maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents.
5. Facilitate and monitor statutory benefits availment such as Philhealth, Pag-ibig, SSS, HDMF, etc. Data
preparation critical to Pre-Payroll, Government-Mandated, and Company Granted Benefits and Postpayroll processing.
Prepare monthly reports of Tardiness, Absences, Leaves, and other HR-related reports that may be required
from time to time.
7. Help plan training and development and assist in implementation and monitoring of employee
performance and appraisals.
Minimum competencies
1.Monitor Individual Development Plan and Leadership Development Programs.
2. Assist and collaborate with vendors in planning and execution of employee engagements and CSRs.
3. Assist in employee relations and ensure investigations are conducted in a professional manner, compliant
with all relevant local, state and federal laws, and that all parties involved are treated with dignity and
respect
4. Participates in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned.
5 Perform other HR-related functions
Minimum qualifications
1 Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
2 At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field and has knowledge in Labor codes of the Philippines.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
3 Experience in recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, contracts letters, serving disciplinary actions, employee
engagement and compensation and benefits.
4 Have very good communication skills in both Filipino and English
5 Is able to create, read, understand HR Reports
6 Flexible and adaptable; a proven track record of and preference for working in change environments with
ambiguity.
7 Self-starter; highly skilled and hands on in both creating clear strategies and plans and delivering practical,
pragmatic actions, with minimal guidance
8 Skilled in solution generation – with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and approach to overcoming obstacles.
9 Strategic and functional responsibilities for all the HR disciplines.
10 Able to facilitate employee requests and questions, resolving or escalating as needed.
