Outbound Prospecting: Initiate cold calls to potential customers using a prepared script to sell 
products or services. 
• Lead Management: Follow up on warm leads and inquiries generated through marketing 
campaigns using various communication channels. 
• Customer Needs Analysis: Listen actively to prospects to identify their pain points and tailor 
your pitch accordingly. Acknowledge and resolve customer queries and/or complaints as 
related to the product and respond promptly to customer inquiries. Take the extra mile to 
engage customers. 
• Customer Service: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through 
open and interactive communication. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude 
toward customers at all times. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer 
support. 
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate record of all conversations and sales stages in our 
CRM system. 
• Meeting Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales quotas and activity 
KPIs (calls per day, talk time, etc.). 
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all product features, pricing plans, and competitor 
offerings. 
• Development: Attend all requested meetings/training with team, manager, clients, 
etc. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary. Provide feedback on the 
efficiency of the sales process. 
• Other duties, as assigned  

Experience: 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer 
service role. 
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly 
over the phone. 
• Persistence: A resilient "hunter" mentality; the ability to handle rejection with grace and stay 
motivated. 
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (Systems include: WhatsApp, SAP, Livechat, Horizon, 
Salesforce, etc) and basic office suites (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office). 
• Negotiation: Strong persuasion and closing skills. 
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
