The Associate Digital Marketing Manager will support the creation and execution of digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels. This role will focus on optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive demand and enhance the buyer experience. The Associate Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to manage and optimize advertising campaigns, while ensuring alignment with client objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
This role will assist in developing and managing paid social media advertising services for clients, supporting the Professional Services team in delivering high-impact social media strategies across various industries.

Support the execution of digital marketing strategies through paid and organic channels to capture demand and drive results.

Assist in managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, including ad boosting, to help clients achieve their KPIs.

Participate in testing and refining paid social media strategies for a diverse client base.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement content-boosting techniques and other digital strategies across client verticals.

Assist in setting up and monitoring ad campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of performance.

Support client relationships by aligning campaign execution with objectives and budgets, while ensuring campaign effectiveness.

Prepare reports on ad performance, costs, and key metrics.

Help optimize campaigns based on client goals and KPIs.

Manage multiple campaigns for clients, ensuring successful execution.

Strong ability to create engaging ad copy and communicate effectively.

Passion for digital marketing and a basic understanding of campaign planning, execution, and optimization on major advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager).

Well-organized and capable of managing multiple ad campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.

Data-driven mindset with an ability to analyze metrics and use them to guide strategic marketing decisions.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.

Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Meta Business Suite.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Preferred experience managing a book of business with multiple clients, ideally U.S.-based.
Additional relevant knowledge or experience related to the above requirements will be considered an advantage.
