• Oversee the daily operations of the coding and auditing team, ensuring smooth workflow and service delivery
• Ensure the team consistently meets 100% productivity and quality targets in alignment with client expectations
• Effectively manage team utilization by analyzing workload, attendance, and attrition trends
• Proactively identify performance gaps through data analysis and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement

• Proven expertise in Emergency Department (ED) Facility, Surgery, and Observation Coding
• Minimum of 3–4 years of hands-on experience in a medical coding role
• At least 1 year of leadership experience as a Team Lead in a similar coding process
