With the knowledge on KMC Solutions and its services, the Sales Accelerator is a dedicated and efficient sales support specialist that provides vital administrative assistance to the sales team. The Sales Accelerator ensures smooth sales operations by conducting research, preparing sales reports, and handling sales-related requests. The Sales Accelerator also performs clerical functions such as responding to sales inquiries, preparing presentations and documents that the sales team needs, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, coordinating with clients and the internal team, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

- Communication Management: Act as the primary liaison between the sales team and internal/external clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Administrative Duties: Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence. Respond to requests and queries promptly and professionally.
- Document Preparation: Prepare a variety of documents including financial statements, sales reports, memos, costings, letters, utilizing various software applications for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team by helping them manage their schedules, arrange meetings, appointments, and conference calls, and provide reminders as necessary.
- Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Assist the sales team with service inquiries
- Ensure the facilities for client view are prepared.
- Facilitate office viewings along with or in the absence of the sales manager
- Assist in the collection and completion of clients’ KYC documents
- Conduct research on industry and/or market trends, client profiles, and other information that the sales team would require.
- Attend internal team meetings that are relevant to the sales team
- Record Keeping: Take accurate minutes during meetings and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Lead Monitoring and Management
- Generate monthly/quarterly/yearly lead reports.
- Ensure that lead and deal statuses are updated in Hubspot
- Client Profile Management: Ensure that the sales team is regularly updating ERP client profiles and contracts.
- Communication Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and executives.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
