As the Director, Global Strategic Partnerships, you will lead and provide strategic direction to a driven and high-performing team of Regional Strategic Partnership Managers (USA) in Manila and Sales team members in the US. You will ensure delivery of KPIs, financial targets and company goals. You will improve defined quality and productivity standards in our sales teams and provide feedback, coaching, and training to a team of Sales Managers, Strategic Partnership Managers, and/or Connectors/Consultants.

  • Strive to exceed team revenue goals by creating strategic partnerships with connectors, network groups and organizations to generate leads and business for the Sales team members, and foster a culture of excellence
  • Management of targets and performance of Regional strategic partnership managers focused in the US Region
  • Setup TEAMS strategies across said region

  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs. Help them get the right product for the right price, to ensure long term collaborations
  • Responsible for working with the PEX (People and Experience) team to strategically level up our members sales skill level and bring the best qualities of top level management performance
  • Manage the performance of respective team members, achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, and uphold a performance driven culture within the department.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Keep on top of best practices and promotional trends that could help your team perform.
