The Community Engagement Manager is responsible for driving engagement and fostering a strong sense of community across all KMC sites. This role involves planning and executing events to enhance client experience, building strategic partnerships, and creating engagement initiatives tailored for coworking, virtual office, and serviced office clients. Additionally, the role requires attending all events to maximize engagement, gather feedback, and identify upselling opportunities for KMC’s services and spaces.
The main responsibilities of a CLIENT ENGAGEMENT MANAGER include:
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan, organize, and execute events across all KMC sites to strengthen community engagement.
- Develop event strategies tailored for coworking, virtual office, and serviced office clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Oversee event logistics, budgeting, and overall experience.
- Attend all events to engage with clients, build relationships, and identify potential business opportunities.
Upselling
- Identify and promote additional KMC services such as meeting rooms, event spaces, and workspace solutions during events.
- Engage with attendees to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and client services teams to drive revenue growth through community interactions.
Post-Event Analysis
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze event performance metrics and provide reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Use feedback to continuously enhance future engagement initiatives.
Partnership Development
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships that add value to the KMC community.
- Collaborate with brands, businesses, and industry leaders to enhance client offerings.
- Negotiate sponsorships and collaborations for events and engagement programs.
Community Engagement & Client Experience
- Develop initiatives to improve client interaction and engagement across all KMC locations.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously refine engagement efforts.
- Work closely with Client Services and Marketing to align engagement activities with business goals.
