As a People Analyst, you will be responsible for helping to drive the use of analytics that enhance our people-related decision-making processes, helping various stakeholder groups to make better informed business decisions through data.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to employee performance, engagement, and turnover
  • Identify trends and patterns in people data
  • Develop and implement people analytics solutions to improve employee productivity and the employee experience
  • Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to people analytics, providing regular reports to leadership for data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with business leaders to make data-driven decisions about talent management
  • Communicate people analytics insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in people analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in business analytics, human resources, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in people analytics or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Knowledge and experience working with data visualization tools (Tableau experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) is a plus.
