About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role  bridges digital marketing expertise and client relationship management, ensuring that campaigns are  impactful, data-driven, and aligned with client objectives. You will collaborate closely with internal  teams and external clients, shaping strategies, executing campaigns, and analysing performance to  deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, target 
audiences, and objectives.
o Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure 
alignment and clear communication.
o Provide strategic advice on campaign planning and optimisation based on client goals 
and industry best practices.


Campaign Strategy and Execution:
o Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google, LinkedIn, 
and other relevant channels.
o Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling copy, visuals, and targeting 
strategies.
o Coordinate campaign setup, optimisation, and troubleshooting with internal 
specialists.


Performance Analysis and Reporting:
o Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and native 
platform insights.
o Create and present detailed performance reports, translating data into actionable 
insights for clients.
o Optimise campaigns based on feedback and performance metrics to ensure client 
satisfaction.


Budget Management:
o Work with clients and internal teams to set and manage campaign budgets effectively.
o Adjust spending across channels based on performance and client priorities.

 

Collaboration:
o Partner with investor relations and analyst teams to ensure audience targeting aligns 
with campaign objectives.
o Work closely with analysts and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with 
major events, news releases, and business objectives

Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including running campaigns on Google, LinkedIn and 
other paid media platforms (X, Meta, YouTube).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, audience targeting, and campaign 
optimisation.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
• Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to translate client needs into 
actionable strategies.
• Experience in budget management and allocation.
• Ability to interpret and communicate analytics in a clear and actionable way for clients.
• Prior experience in financial services marketing is a plus but not required.
