As Deal Desk Analyst at a high growth leading cybersecurity company based out of Sunnyvale CA, USA you will be supporting our Sales & Finance teams by managing quoting, deal structuring, pricing approvals and contracts. Each day we interact with Sales professionals on a global basis, from helping develop deal structures to providing routine day-to-day quoting, sales support. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to Sales, helping streamline deal execution, ensure accurate pricing, and improve quote-to-cash processes.

- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations to facilitate smooth deal approvals and contract execution.
- Become a trusted advisor to the sales teams with a passion for connecting cross-functional departments.
- Be an integral part of a Deal Desk team with an opportunity to work & learn along side a world class Sales Ops team.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, pricing guidelines, and approval processes.
- Assist in preparing deal-related reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions.
- Respond to inquiries, provide guidance for the quote process to Sales representatives.
- Review non-standard terms and escalate for necessary approvals or redlines.
- Help identify opportunities for improvement where the Deal Desk can add further value, improve the process in support of Sales teams and decrease deal cycle time.
- Be the supporter for other Deal Desk members & you're part of a highly visible extended Sales Ops team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a Sales/Business Operations function
- Master the Salesforce.com system and Quoting tools
- Comfortable with change and an ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Intermediary Excel skills (Pivots, Formulas, ACV/TCV calculations, etc)
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Strong business acumen, organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to process a high volume of transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Critical thinking skills to observe, interpret, analyze, infer and explain information concisely.
