JOB SUMMARY:
As a Business Analyst on our team, you will play a vital role in the development of current and future products for Lone Wolf Technologies. Your number one focus as a BA will be to ensure that the business requirements and stories provided have enough information in them to properly deliver the expected results when Development completes the items. • As part of our R&D team, you are responsible for creating technical documentation, validating requirement statements, enhancing User Stories for Developer consumption, process designs, user interface mock-ups and use cases. • Working with Product Management, you will digest business needs, refine scope documents and review technical specifications.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Serve as a key contact for information about said product. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal staff
- Partner with the internal user community to identify, analyze and document business process requirements and product functional specifications supporting evolving needs. Perform fit gap analysis, determine required modifications, and develop associated technical requirements
- Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for process improvement and guide the business in the establishment of effective and efficient business practices. Identify and recommend where performance enhancements, application enhancements and quality enhancements or new technologies may be incorporated
- Work with internal technical resources to architect, document and implement application improvements or new solutions, including integration with other systems/applications and database and reporting requirements. Manage the completion of the Product Development Methodology project phases from Feasibility through Development, Testing, and Implementation
- Lead product enhancements and development; ensuring that design meets technical and business requirements
- Manage multiple tasks, on multiple projects ensuring schedule and requirements are met. Report on progress weekly and measure against goals/initiatives to management for meeting objectives
- Support the development of system/application documentation by providing content and guidance for design specifications, test scenarios, plans and scripts, release notes, training manuals, system management guides, etc. Create and maintain documentation standards and coach others to improve their ability to develop high quality documentation. Comply with department standards and procedures
- Create and deliver documentation, provide content for the development of all product documentation (including marketing materials, product specs, user guides, etc.)
- Provide functionality support for systems/applications including the management of bug fixes and enhancement requests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and solutions-oriented thinking
- 5-7 years, as a Business Analyst or related field preferred (QA/QC/BA)
- Must be able to produce high-quality work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent follow up skills required
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of JIRA preferred
- Understanding of SCRUM/Agile and how it interacts with the project life cycle preferred
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience collaborating with remote teams preferred
- Experience within real estate or real estate brokerages preferred
- College degree preferred; equivalent experience may be accepted
