As the Finance Project Manager- you will be at the helm of transforming Finance. Being the key person in-charge of driving, implementing and executing critical strategy work across all Finance functions. You will embody change and advocate for the better and use your expertise to positively influence the organization.

• Managing automation and optimization efforts within NetSuite by directing and coordinating closely with external NetSuite consultants
• Owning the finance project portfolio and drives action items to completion within set timeline
• Creating comprehensive project plans and regular status reports
• Promoting synergy across all finance functions to aid in the success of projects
• Mitigating process risks and addresses issues with considerable foresight and planning
• Reviewing, standardizing & documenting all process documents in accordance with industry standards
• Thinking strategically and initiating changes as necessary
• Preparing decks for management and presentation to all stakeholders
• Working on any other related ad-hoc work assigned

• Accounting graduate with 5+ years of solid experience in Finance. Must understand the end-to-end processes of Finance.
• Extensive experience and knowledge using NetSuite is required
• Well-versed in using project management tools (Asana, Notion, MS Project)
• Have demonstrated command of the whole project lifecycle
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to details
• Excellent organization skills
• Able to handle competing priorities

• PMP certification good to have but not required
