As a Sales Development Representative at KMC Teams within the Business Development department, your primary role will be to drive the company's outreach and lead generation efforts. You will be instrumental in building relationships with potential clients, nurturing leads, and setting the stage for successful sales by the account management team.

  • Qualify incoming leads, scheduling meetings to advance them through the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct initial warm-up calls to assess the potential fit and establish rapport with prospects globally.
  • Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage key audiences effectively.
  • Create compelling and clear messaging for various campaign communications.
  • Leverage and manage automated lead generation tools like Dripify, Apollo, and Sales Navigator, with comprehensive training provided.
  • Maintain and organize the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring all leads are accurately tracked and managed.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition and alignment of qualified leads.
  • Analyze the performance of campaigns and contribute insights towards their optimization.
  • Professionally represent KMC Teams in all external interactions, ensuring a positive company image.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related outreach role with a track record of developing qualified leads.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically HubSpot, to manage relationships and pipeline activities.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, for clear and effective communication.
  • Strong presentation skills, comfortable in client-facing situations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-driven environment.
  • Previous experience with automated outreach tools is preferred, though not required as training will be provided.
  • Additional language skills are advantageous for global client interactions.
