  • Administrative Support: Proficient in supporting backend organizational operations and administrative tasks.
  • Reporting: Experienced in preparing and managing various reports, including financial and budgeting reports.
  • Excel Proficiency: Skilled in navigating Excel for budgeting and financial reporting, including using pivot tables, basic formulas, and VLOOKUP.
  • PowerPoint Presentations: Capable of creating professional and effective PowerPoint presentations.
  • Budgeting and Financial Understanding: Knowledgeable in handling non-complicated budgeting reports and analyzing financial data.
  • Payment and Invoice Management: Competent in understanding and processing payments and invoices
  • Administrative Role Flexibility: Amenable to taking on administrative responsibilities as part of the role.
  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Power BI Knowledge: Familiarity with Power BI for data analysis and visualization is a preferred asset.
