Axonius is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable / Billing Analyst to join our dynamic CFO organization. The main responsibilities of a Senior Accounts Receivable Billing Analyst include:

• Take full ownership and manage the creation of Netsuite invoicing schedules from contracts/purchase orders and SalesForce opportunities in partnership with the Order Management Team
• Take full ownership and manage invoice generation, customer billing, and collections processes globally
• Collaborate with customers, sales, and management to resolve various issues, including billing inquiries or disputes and providing statements of accounts
• Provide timely resolution of past due and disputed items with customers to ensure continued business relationships
• Analyze information and communicate to supervisor as needed to determine the next course of action, including providing regular reports to supervisor and executives on the collections status of customer accounts
• Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers, including follow-up dates and next steps
• Manage account adjustments and write-offs in accordance with company policies
• Reconcile customer accounts
• Identify resolution of larger scale issues, which negatively impact customer experience
• Reconcile accounts receivable balances and subledger with the general ledger in the month-end close process
• Perform other duties as assigned
