We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented People Support Associate to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a smooth employee experience, especially focusing on maintaining compliance with HR regulations, processing relevant documentation, supporting various HR activities, and delivering exceptional HR services to our employees. The main responsibilities of a PEOPLE SUPPORT ASSOCIATE include:

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding:

  • Assist with the onboarding process by meticulously tracking new hires and distributing orientation materials to ensure a seamless integration into the organization.
  • Organize and facilitate orientation activities, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for new hires, as needed.
  • Provide guidance on benefits setup and address basic questions related to the onboarding experience, ensuring new employees feel supported.

HR Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate HR records and assist with document preparation for audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Track and prepare relevant reports to monitor compliance to internal and external regulations and timelines or SLAs.
  • Actively participate in compliance training initiatives, enhancing your understanding of HR regulations and best practices.
  • Support the documentation efforts for HR processes, ensuring all procedures align with legal and company standards.

HR Service Delivery:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely assistance and directing questions to appropriate resources, thereby enhancing employee satisfaction and service quality.
  • Prepare, manage, and review essential HR documents with a focus on accuracy and compliance, ensuring that all documentation meets organizational standards.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in scheduling performance evaluations and send timely reminders to ensure the process runs smoothly.
  • Help maintain thorough documentation for employee status changes, ensuring that all records are updated and compliant.

Benefits Administration:

  • Support the management of leave requests by documenting leave balances and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Ensure proper facilitation of various benefits including but not limited to leave crediting, cancellation, and monetization.
  • Provide assistance to employees regarding basic benefits-related inquiries, offering guidance under supervision to enhance their understanding.

Internship Management:

  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process for interns, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Manage correspondence with interns, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively to ensure a positive internship experience.

Special Projects:

  • Support HR projects and initiatives as directed, contributing to research and data entry tasks to enhance HR functions.
  • Collaborate with team members on process improvements and actively participate in team meetings to share insights and suggestions for enhancing HR operations.

Other Functions:

  • Assist in organizing HR-related events and activities, contributing to a vibrant workplace culture.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the HR service delivery framework.
