Position Description The Senior Analyst, Stewardship will work within the Stewardship team to support Glass Lewis’ Engagement and Stewardship Solutions by:

The main responsibilities of a Senior Analyst, Stewardship include:

Responsibilities
• Researching ESG themes for engagement with corporate issuers;
• Reviewing and producing ESG research on listed companies to support engagement campaigns;
• Participating in engagement meetings with corporate issuers; 
• Coordinating vote-driven engagement campaigns on behalf of institutional investor clients; 
• Managing the production of set Stewardship deliverables 
• Liaising with institutional investor clients to seek input on deliverables; 
• Training and supervising Research Associates and Analysts; 
• Gathering and managing data generated by the Stewardship offering; 
• Supporting the development of Glass Lewis ESG engagement agenda; and
• Performing other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned.
