The ENGINEERING Technician task is to ensure the overall upkeep of the facility their handling is within company’s standard. Could easily adapt working with peers, contractors, and clients.

Daily monitoring of site/s facilities, equipment and leased office

Update all Monitoring Forms

Maintains basic facilities and office space ensuring the show readiness of all areas

Ensures that periodic preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities such as but not limited to air-conditioning system, fire extinguisher, emergency lights, emergency exit signages are properly implemented and followed as scheduled

Daily monitoring/closing of tickets filed via facilities ticketing system

Performs basic on-site repairs as needed for electrical, mechanical. Plumbing, and civil works

Task in hauling facilities assets/materials from site to site

Monitor and assist third party vendors on their activities and projects (if any)

Can work holidays and on call on weekends during emergency situations

Travel to other office sites

Other tasks to be assigned from time to time

Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil works (two of any)

Knowledgeable in refrigeration and air-conditioning, and fire protection
-
Can work with minimum supervision and on fast phased environment
