The Engineering Supervisor is primarily responsible for assisting the Engineering Manager in planning and overseeing the maintenance of all installed equipment, machineries, devices and other related facilities repair and maintenance. He/she should be equipped with technical knowledge in the day-to-day operations of basic facilities management.        

This position will lead the leadman and technicians in performing all required duties and responsibilities. 

This position is also responsible for ensuring that routine facility utility processes are carried out in the safest, most time efficient and cost-effective way possible.

  • Knowledgeable on maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.

    • Submission of repOrts
      • Budget, expense, consumption analysis and reporting
      • Monthly submission of supplies consumption and inventory, expense report and other reports
      • Weekly reports submission
      • Able to provide 99% accuracy of reports; Content of report are accurate and relevant
      • Incident report to be provided within 24hours
      • Accurate recording of MOM, to be provided within 2 days after the meeting
      • 99% accuracy of forwarded monthly client charges

     

    • LEADERSHIP AND MENTORSHIP
      • Provide leadership and direction to Leadman and Technician regarding facility operation and scope/quality of services.
      • Conduct one-on-one coaching with direct reports
      • Continuously train, evaluate performance, take corrective actions when necessary
      • Able to create strategies to attain goals

     

    • FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
      • Project management
      • Schedule & Monitor Office Equipment PM (civil, electrical, mechanical equipment and fire protection)
      • Handle project management scope (MEPFS)
      • Implement all Monitoring Forms & Generate Reports
      • Daily monitoring/closing of tickets filed via facilities ticketing system.
      • Prepare PR and seek quotation from vendors
      • Incident Reporting
      • Asset Inventory
      • Facilities Supplies Management
      • Ensure that the facilities and office equipment are fully functioning 
      • Coordinate with building administrator for various facility matters.
      • Supervise the quarterly inventory of fixed assets.
      • Coordinates with Procurement for deliveries (Supplies and Equipment)
      • Prepare the team for any scheduled internal audit
      • Coordinate facilities / building issues
      • Conduct site routine inspection
      • Estimate and order supplies repairs parts as needed Facilities maintenance such as: painting walls, furniture, and other supplies.
      • Supervise renovations, repairs and civil works.
      • Can work holidays and on call on weekends during emergency situations
      • Travel to other KMC sites
      • Other tasks to be assigned from time to time
    • Candidate must be a graduate of any Engineering related course
    • Must have at least five (5) years of working experience in the field of Building, Facilities and equipment maintenance
    • Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
    • Amenable to shifting schedule

        

    • Can read and interpret plans.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP).
  • Experience with sustainable facilities practices.
  • Advanced technical skills or certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
  • Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
