  • Maintain complex scheduling and calendars for senior executives to ensure efficient time management and coordination of business activities.

  • Attend and manage logistical aspects of virtual meetings, including operating Zoom, tracking action items, and following up with attendees to ensure accountability and progress.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role supporting senior-level executives.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration and documentation.
