The Engagement Creatives Officer plays a vital role in bringing the KMC employee experience to life through compelling visual storytelling and creative content. This role supports the planning, design, and execution of multimedia materials for various employee engagement campaigns, events, and internal communications.
As a creative professional, you will collaborate closely with the People Engagement team and other internal stakeholders to conceptualize and produce visually appealing content—from videos and infographics to event branding and campaign visuals—that align with the company's identity and goals. Your core mission is to create meaningful content that inspires, informs, and connects the KMC community.

Assist in developing and executing creative strategies and concepts that reflect KMC’s engagement objectives and brand guidelines.

Design and produce a wide range of digital and print assets including posters, emailers, videos, infographics, event collaterals, and social media graphics.

Provide end-to-end support for multimedia content creation—from planning, storyboarding, editing, to final delivery.

Collaborate with the People Engagement team on internal campaigns and initiatives to boost employee participation and enthusiasm.

Maintain consistency and high-quality output across all creative assets in alignment with the company’s visual identity.

Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for printing, production, or digital execution needs.

Keep digital archives organized, including logos, photos, templates, and other design assets.

Continuously research trends in graphic design, digital media, and employee engagement to introduce fresh ideas and innovations.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

Design and update visual assets for internal platforms such as KMC SPACE, KMC U-Connect, KMC Newspod, etc.

Provide creative support for internal presentations and event decks.

Assist in evaluating creative performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and feedback.

Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews to refine concepts and outputs.

Take initiative in learning new tools and skills to elevate the quality of engagement materials.

Perform other ad hoc creative and administrative tasks as required by the role.

Strong graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects), Filmora, Canva, and other relevant platforms.

Keen eye for visual composition, layout, color theory, and typography.

Good understanding of digital and print production processes.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Effective communicator with the ability to present and explain design ideas clearly.

Ability to manage feedback and revisions constructively.

Up-to-date knowledge of visual design trends and engagement strategies.

Team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

3–4 years of relevant work experience in graphic design, multimedia, or creative production.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communication Arts, or a related field.

Digital portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work including video, print, and digital design.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
