This role will be supporting the sales compensation admin monthly process. You should be able to operate strategically and with a sense of urgency, employing a hands-on operational approach with clear and timely communication to all levels of the organization. This position reports to our Senior Finance Manager.

The main responsibilities of a SALES COMPENSATION ANALYST include:

Our Illumio Finance department is looking for someone to join our world-class team. We’re looking for an individual who doesn’t hesitate to challenge traditional thinking, pursues new territory with an entrepreneurial spirit, and is committed to consistently delivering high-quality work and raising the bar of what can be achieved.

Sales compensation:

  • Support Commission Finance team for the month-end close process and commission payouts by ensuring accuracy of quotas, crediting, adjustments, compensation components, validation of commission payments and high attainment/pay reviews.
  • Reconcile data across the Salesforce system, Workday/ADP, CaptivateIQ and, excel reports to support sales operations and commissions processing.
  • Onboard sales employees by collaborating with Sales Operations to assign quota as well as preparing, distributing, and tracking the compensation plan agreement.
  • Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of Sales Compensation system (CaptivateIQ)

Accounts receivable:

  • Ensuring the team posts all cash receipts and credits properly and timely to customer accounts
  • Submit invoices through online portals, email invoices, and mail invoices Reconciliation of customer accounts
  • Contact and follow-up with customers who have unpaid invoices
  • Maintain proper documentation relating to collection activities, customer case, and any ad hoc issues noted

To apply for the role, you must have the following:

  • Experience in administering sales commissions
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, a strong level of proficiency in PowerBI, knowledge of commission cloud tools, Domo (or Tableau), and Salesforce
  • Fast learner with strong analytical and verbal processing and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with ease using large data files to combine, cross-reference, match, analyze and communicate information
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced, results-oriented, high-growth company
